Spanish, in love with Asia. What started as helping manage a few properties grew into a vision for something bigger — a platform built on real trust, real verification, and real people. Natxo brings the builder's mindset and a deep respect for Filipino culture.
We started with a few condos — our own and some from friends. That experience showed us that hosts and guests both deserve better: real verification, honest listings, and a platform that treats hospitality as something personal, not just transactional.

From a Few Condos to a Platform
Archipelago Stays started small — with a handful of condos. Bea had her own units and managed a few more for friends in Metro Manila. Natxo helped from the tech side. What they discovered was that existing platforms made it hard to build trust: unverified listings, confusing fees, and no real connection between hosts and guests.
Instead of complaining, they decided to build something better. A platform where every listing is personally reviewed. Where hosts keep what they earn. Where guests can book a stay in Manila, Cebu, or Palawan knowing someone actually checked the place is real. No shortcuts, no algorithms replacing human judgment — just real people vouching for real properties.
Today, that same commitment guides everything. Whether it's a studio in BGC or a beach house in Panglao, every property on Archipelago Stays goes through verification. Because we don't just list properties — we curate stays we would recommend to our own friends and family.
