By using archipelagostays.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Archipelago Stays is a platform that connects travelers with property hosts in the Philippines. We do not own or manage the listed properties. We are not a party to any agreement between traveler and host.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you confirm you have legal capacity to accept these terms.

• Provide a valid email. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not create fake or duplicate accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5.1 Requirements

• You must have the right to rent the property you list.
• Listing information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Do not list properties that do not exist or over which you have no control.

5.2 Verification

Verification is voluntary and based on:

• Proof of address
• Property video walkthrough
• Manual team review

A "Verified" listing indicates we have reviewed the available documentation. Not all listings are verified. Verification does not certify stay quality or replace traveler due diligence. Some hosts may be manually verified by our team based on pre-existing trust.

• Inquiries are sent to the host with your name, email, and message.
• The host manages the booking directly with you.
• We do not currently process payments. Any payment agreement is between traveler and host.
• We recommend reviewing the host's policies before committing.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

• Property photos and descriptions belong to the hosts who post them.
• The Archipelago Stays brand, logo, and platform design are the property of Archipelago Stays.

Pearls are promotional credits for members. They are not money, have no cash value, and are non-refundable. Host prices are not affected by Pearls.

• The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for listing accuracy, host or traveler conduct, or disputes between parties.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to platform fees paid by the user, if any.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may close your account by contacting us at hello@archipelagostays.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes will be posted on this page. For material changes, we will notify by email when possible. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
